Occasionally the shower over the bath does not want to run hot. This is usually when running a new shower a few minutes after a previous one has finished. This is resolvable by turning the temperature control (bottom) knob fully to cold (anti-clockwise) for a moment, and then turning it back up.

For normal use we would recommend that the top knob is set to 9 o’clock (two red ticks), and the bottom knob to somewhere between 6 and 7. You can of course adjust to hotter and colder as you wish.
